Full-Stack Engineer
Build end-to-end features and ship products users love.
You will own features from the API contract through the interface customers actually use. The work is production product engineering: clear data states, fast pages, and releases that do not surprise operators. We hire for ongoing product work, not a one-off landing page. You should be comfortable making the backend and the UI agree, and treating a wrong number or a stuck loading state as a defect.
This is end-to-end product engineering. Design handoff without implementation ownership is not the role.
What you'll work on
- Next.js product surfaces with honest loading, empty, and error states
- Node.js APIs and the data they return to the interface
- Performance on tables, filters, and client/server boundaries
- Accessible forms and flows a candidate or operator can finish without help
- Incremental releases with a measurable effect on reliability or speed
Requirements
- Several years shipping TypeScript with React and Node.js in production
- A record of taking a feature from API shape through UI polish
- Care for accessibility, edge cases, and what happens when a dependency is slow
- Portfolio or GitHub with deployed work we can review
- Clear written communication in a remote, async team
Nice to have
- Next.js App Router and Tailwind in a real product
- Experience with dashboards, hiring tools, or data-heavy interfaces
How to apply
- Put a relevant GitHub repository or live demo near the top of your note.
- Attach a PDF resume with concrete outcomes: what shipped, what changed, and the part you owned.
- Include your time zone, weekly availability, and earliest start date.
- Applications without a work sample we can review are unlikely to move forward.
